 It is the policy of
QMS - QUALITY MARITIME SERVICES S.A. as a MARITIME TRAINING CENTER
to provide efficient, systematic and relevant mandatory and non mandatory training within the maritime field. In order to establish a well-known and fully acceptable training system the following quality training objectives shall be followed:

• Co-operation with clients to identify new training needs.
• Offer of properly designed courses and seminars in accordance with the guidance of IMO model courses fulfilling the requirements of STCW 95.
• Use qualified and experienced instructors and assessors
• Provision of appropriate teaching facilities and equipment
• Adoption of an independent evaluation system which will be able to help the    assessment of the knowledge, understanding, skills and competence of the    candidates.
• Continuous evaluation and improvement of training in line with market demands and     expectations

The maritime training center is committed to achieving the highest management standards possible with particular emphasis placed upon customers' satisfaction. This involves the active participation of all training center personnel. In compliance with this policy, all quality-training procedures are mandatory and binding upon all maritime training center's personnel.
